How we handle an enquiry.
A short notice for the people who write to us. This is not a product platform, and we do not build marketing lists from the front door.

What we collect
Name, email, telephone if given, organisation if given, the nature of the enquiry, and the message. We also see ordinary technical logs from the host (IP address, browser) as part of running the site.
Why
To read and reply to your enquiry, to keep a modest record of conversations we have begun, and to meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are our legitimate interests in running an advisory practice, and, where you tick the consent box, consent.
What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not pass enquiry details to third parties for their marketing. We do not use the form as a newsletter list.
How long
Enquiries that do not become a client relationship are kept only as long as we need them to manage the conversation and our records — typically up to twenty-four months, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Write to info@cowbellcapital.co.uk.
